saturday- 2 miles on TM + 30 min arm workout
Saturday I spent the morning cleaning and scrubbing floors but as soon as I was done I was ready to workout. I really wanted to focus on arms, so I just warmed up on the treadmill then got to a killer arm workout. I did the following exercises with no break in between until my arms felt like jello.

I love doing workouts like this when I’m crunched for time. I know what area I want to focus on so I do as many reps as possible with no break. The next day I’m always SO sore. If I’m not sore after weights I feel like I didn’t do enough, so mission accomplished.
Friday we tried a new pizza place called Pier 49. I give it 3 stars out of 5. It wasn’t bad but def not the best.
J did chores and saved up his money so we could go to the dollar store and find a kite. I’m not sure what his deal was with finding a kite, but he cleaned his toy room in record time to earn money haha You know what? The dollar store had the exact one he wanted! BUT, he found a blow dart gun and couldn’t resist.
Did my nails like always and had my little helper.
Went to dinner with my in laws at another new place(to me) called HuHot Mongolian Grill. It’s buffet style so you make your own bowl of whatever kind of pasta. I thought it was really good. I used the terriyaki sauce and piled it with mushrooms, broccoli, and cabbage(I had already eaten half of it).
Papa taught J how to use chopsticks. He even ate his Sunday morning crepes with them.
It was a great chill weekend, just what I was hoping for;)
