wednesday- pure barre
Happy Friday eve! Yesterday while Josh worked from home I snuck away to a Pure Barre class. I haven’t been in months! I went to one of my fav instructors(Trisha) and she had a whole new routine. I LOVE that about barre, every time it’s a slightly new way to work your tooshie, legs, and abs. I was a sweaty out of shape mess, but it was wonderful.

After my workout, I made me and J our favorite smoothie, peanut butter banana. Has the protein and potassium I want after a hard workout and it’s oh so tasty.
Vanilla Light and Fit Yogurt, spoonful peanut butter, 8 ice cubes, 2 bananas, and a splash of milk.
We spent the rest of the day exploring outside and sticking around the house. J has a bit of a cold, but he’s on the mend! And because I can’t help myself, J when he’s praying at dinner. Too cute.
fav smoothie or drink?
Yum! I’m not a huge yogurt fan but love love peanut butter flavored anything! I have to make a concoction like this to suit my tastebuds 😉 Have a fabulous day girl!
I didn’t know you weren’t a yogurt fan, I don’t like it plain very much but in smoothies I can handle it. Hope you have a fabulous day too!!
