tuesday- arm definer workout
Sometimes working out is really tough. Sometimes I’m just tired or lazy or just don’t want to change into my workout clothes that don’t fit that great right now. Sometimes I feel like, “I’m already getting fat, so why not just live it up and have all the foods?” But, then I remember I LOVE working out. I know this sounds cheesy, but it makes me feel alive. I love being able to do something for me, and right now it benefits baby girl too. It gives me energy, and helps me throughout pregnancy so I don’t get super uncomfortable.
So lately, I’ve been getting up and doing it anyway. If you’re feeling down or like working out isn’t worth it, it is. I’m so grateful to be pregnant, to have this body, and to be able to move. Okay random thoughts done=)
Monday we headed to the farm. We love going there on nice days and J never gets sick of riding the ponies. This time some great friends of ours joined us, it was great!
Tuesday J had preschool and I enjoyed walking around Target. I literally could walk around there for hours(and sometimes do). This time, I picked up some wedding and bday gifts. Later on, we went to TJ Maxx for some random things and J was set on getting baby girl some clothes and toys. He WOULD NOT leave the store without something for her. He’s seriously so excited for his baby sister. We let him pick out one thing for her, and the decision was so tough for him. Seriously melted my heart.
Today I’m hoping to plant some flowers, it’s so beautiful out!
