monday- 3.5 miles on TM (walk/jog) + NTC Back workout
I definitely had to modify some of the moves during the NTC workout, but it left me feeling sore and strong. I love being able to lift weights and do what I can while pregnant. I don’t always want to, but I’m always glad I did something active.

Yesterday we got some chores done, then headed to the store. I just love summer time. One of the perks of being pregnant during the summer is all the fresh fruit available. We got strawberries, peaches, bananas, apples, blueberries(J’s favorite) and of course watermelon. Mix any of those with yogurt or eat plain and it’s heaven!
After the store, J had his first swimming lesson. He’s been so excited! I’ll try and get a good video today and upload it to Instagram(sharstiscott).
The rest of the day this was my view. I can’t wait to give him a sibling, but he does pretty well playing by himself and he has quite the imagination.
