friday- 2 mile walk on TM + legs
saturday 1 mile walk + NTC arm workout
I’m so glad I have switched to walking. I feel so much better throughout the day now. I love running, but I’m glad I can still stay active walking and lifting weights. I try and have the treadmill on an incline, and my mileage is going to be pretty low since it takes me a lot longer to walk X amount of miles ha.
That’s not a stain on my shirt, my mirror is just dirty ha!
Friday during the day my sister came down for her Birthday. We had lunch, and then all went swimming. The boys have so much fun together! I’m not sure what my baby girl is going to think with all these boys haha
That night we went to a Bee’s Baseball game with Josh’s family. It was the perfect night and I indulged and ate lots of yummy treats. This snow cone looked delicious and was really cold and refreshing. Unfortunately, it was basically water ha!
Of course J had fun with his cousins=)
Saturday I got up did a quick workout, then headed to our church building to help clean it. Since no one in our church gets paid we all volunteer to teach, clean, and so on. My boys did a great job.
The rest of the day I finished painting the nursery(pics to come), Josh did yard work, and helped my dad, it was a busy day.
That night we went out to Chili’s. J got to choose where and was so excited for his corn on the cob. He ate every last kernel. I had a buffalo chicken salad that was really tasty.
Sunday we went to church, and while I planned my lesson(I teach 9-10 year olds) J made some cards for his cousins. My sister in law and her kids are coming this week and we are so excited!
