Baby #4 Coming Nov 2018

We are so excited to be welcoming baby #4 this fall. I’m currently 15.4 weeks pregnant and finally feeling more like a human and less like a zombie. I had my first appointment at 10 weeks and measured right on. The little peanut was pretty shy, but had a very strong 170bpm heart beat and everything else is looking good. My next appointment is next week and I’m anxious to hear the heart beat again. We find out the gender in a month…so far everyone is pretty split on what they think this baby will be.img_3258

How Far Along?

15 weeks(left 14 weeks, right 15)

Maternity Clothes? No
 Sleep?  I’m sleeping great!
Best moment this week? I felt the first flutters this week. I love feeling the baby move for the first time.

Pregnancy Cravings? Since the beginning I have been craving more savory foods more than sweet. My biggest craving has been sushi topped with wasabi. My other cravings are vegetables(which I normally just tolerate), Spicy McChickens,  and meat haha.

Movement: Yes! (see above)
 Anything making you queasy? The first 13 weeks I felt SO nauseous, but never threw up. Just felt so sick and tired. I was hungry but nothing sounded good, and I just felt like my head was spinning all the time.
What I’m looking forward to: My appointment next week
Fitness: I finally have more energy these past 2 weeks. I’ve been working out again, but it leaves me pretty tired. I run or walk about 2 miles or do strength workouts.

Welcome to the Sugar Plum Runner! I grew up in WA state, but currently reside in UT with my husband Josh, son Jackson, and 2 daughters Lily and Claire. I love running, but I have never been so inspired to run, race, and blog about it since 4 years ago after I had Jackson. I grew up playing soccer and cheered in high school. My favorite part of both sports(and yes I consider cheer leading a sport) was the conditioning. I found myself running after practice was over on my own. That's when I realized that running may be the sport I really loved.
